Three steps.
- Open the downloaded disk image and drag Intact CSV Editor into your Applications folder.
- Start it. The start page offers to open a file, a folder of files, a link, or whatever table is on the clipboard.
- Drop your most difficult file on it. The status bar says what was detected; the Format inspector shows the rest.
